摘要

臺北捷運工程推動已三十年，在推動如此大型的工程計畫，臺北市政府捷運工程局致力
於建立及發展一套有效能、周全，符合需求的工務管理機制，隨著各捷運路線陸續如期完工

通車，工程品質深獲好評，並能符合公共工程相關規定，印證臺北捷運的工務管理機制已達
成工務管理之目標。本文係就捷運松山線工程管理制度具體之督考、查驗、管制等措施做詳
細的說明，期使讀者能對臺北捷運松山線工務管理流程有全面之認識。

Abstract

Taipei Rapid Transit System Project has been established for three decades. To put forward
such a tremendous construction project, Taipei City Department of Rapid Transit Systems has

dedicated themselves to developing a set of effective, comprehensive, and demanding construction
management mechanisms. With the Taipei MRT routes gradually being completed as scheduled,
quality construction and relevant provisions of works have won good praises, and the Taipei MRT's
systematic construction management confirms this and has enabled them to reach their goal. This
article is a detailed description of the supervision, inspection, and control of the Songshan line, so

that the readers can gain a comprehensive understanding of the process of systematic construction
management for the Taipei MRT Songshan line.
