摘要

捷運松山線已經營運三年了，機電系統在這個營運路線上已經發揮了關鍵的作用。例
如，使用中的號誌和通訊系統都是松山線營運功能中的骨幹。沒有號誌系統，整個松山線營

運路網就無法有效地運作。實務上，行控中心和月臺門這兩個子系統，都是號誌系統的核心
功能；另一方面，如果失去通訊系統的功能，營運中的路網將馬上面臨停滯的風險。而在松
山線通訊系統的建構過程中，亦充分地展現出精確的契約執行和工程資源整合運用的能力。

Abstract
MRT Songshan line has been operating for three years. The E&M system has played a key role

in this line’s services. For instance, signaling and communication systems are the backbone of this
hybrid system of the Songshan line. The entire line could not operate efficiently without signaling
system. In fact, these two subsystems, or operation control center and platform screen door are the
core functions of the signaling system. On the other hand, without a communication system the
operation would be faced with the risk of stagnation immediately. In the process of setting up the

communication system, the work team fully demonstrated their capability of project implementation
and engineering resource integration and application.
