                              臺灣引進平面輕軌號誌設計配合之探討

                 台灣從二十年前起,就有引進平面輕軌系統的構想,然而對於將平面輕軌系統整合到台
            灣既有的道路環境中,一直存在著安全與效率的顧慮。為了降低未來引進平面輕軌造成之交

            通衝擊,本文針對輕軌車輛之靜態與動態特性,分析其對於號誌運作產生之影響,研究台灣
            既有號誌設計方式,因應輕軌車流所必須調整之處,作為台灣檢討現行設計規範,以及實務
            界進行規劃設計之參考。

                                                       Abstract

                 Starting 20 years ago, the introduction of surface light rail transit (LRT) systems into Taiwan
            has always been taken into consideration. However, safety and efficiency are the major concerns
            when it comes to integrating LRT systems with the existing roads. To mitigate the impact on traffic

            that would be caused by an LRT system being adopted, this article aims to study the statistical and
            dynamic characteristics of LRT trains to analyze their impact on signaling systems. In addition, the
            author proposes necessary adjustments that would be made to the LRT system based on the current
            signaling system. It is hoped that this article can serve as a valuable reference when reviewing the
            current design manual and when planning and designing LRT system facilities in Taiwan.
