文湖線（內湖段）跨越中山高速公路段施工風險管理

摘 要

捷運內湖線於東湖交流道北側穿越中山高速公路並進入南港經貿園區，為捷運
工程首次跨越高速公路施工，除涉及高速公路須封閉作業，施工時須確保高速公路行

車之絕對安全，同時要保持高速公路最小行車淨空5.1公尺，有異於一般高架橋工程
施工之風險，故就此施工風險管理做重點介紹。

Abstract

The Taipei MRT Wenhu line’s Neihu section runs elevated across National Highway
No. 1 to the north of Donghu Interchange and then enters Nangang Business Park. The

project is the first-ever MRT construction to cross a highway. During construction, several
measures had to be taken such as detour routes while the highway was temporarily closed
and maintaining a minimum 5.1-m-high clearance above the highway so as to ensure the
safety of the passing vehicles. The risks encountered in the project are much different from

typical MRT viaduct construction, so this article aims to present the main points of risk
management of the project.
