               ABSTRACT At present, domestic railway engineering contracting strategies are
               slightly different in response to the needs and the conditions of planned routes in
               metropolitan areas, and each contracting strategy is also different due to factors such
               as special engineering or schedule considerations, and each has its own advantages
               and disadvantages. At this stage, in the green transportation development trend in
               which the government has invested heavily in forward-looking infrastructure design
               rail construction has become a key construction project in the plan. It is necessary
               to study the current implementation strategy in detail and incorporate it into the
               domestic production of track products in the future. Discussion and integration of
               adjustment of tendering strategies faced by the procurement and installation needs
               to be carried out, so as to improve the quality of track projects.
               In this research, the current status of the track engineering contracting strategy
               in the domestic track projects is investigated, the pros and cons of the actual
               application are reviewed, and the appropriateness of the railway engineering
               contracting strategy is studied. This research also uses parts localization, as
               main topic to interview relevant agencies for their opinions for their contracting
               strategy. Through these in-depth interviews, and from the point of view of products
               localization, the results shows that sole contract for the track work get the highest
               consensus. And hope that the result from this research can be used as tendering
               strategy for future track projects.
