摘要
臺北捷運供電系統含交流及直流部份、系統架構為多電源、雙迴路環狀網路架構,主要
負載—電聯車為移動性、變化性負載;捷運為大眾運輸工具,在系統設計上必須格外重視其
可靠度及安全性,臺北捷運系統營運穩定與可靠之成效在世界先進城市評比皆名列前矛,工
程主辦機關嚴謹審查管控工程執行品質,中鼎為國內最大整合統包工程公司,向來以專業、
誠信、團隊、創新的價值理念與態度深耕捷運機電系統領域,透過工程執行經驗與不斷學
習,從規劃、設計、安裝、測試與運轉保固回饋來精進累積專業能力,為最值得信賴的工程

松山線供電系統之工程內容包括:直流牽引電力模擬計算、交流電力轉供分析、台電不
核供松捷主變站用電(N-2)因應方案交流分析與驗證、161kV主變電站、22kV車站變電站、電
力監控系統、直流牽引電力變電站、雜散電流監視系統、22kV電纜溫度偵測系統(DTS)、直流
電纜高阻抗接地故障檢測系統、系統整合測試等。在供電系統規劃設計創新的作法有:(1)採
用多條高運量電力系統互聯供電,(2)地下主變電站(BSS)採用161/22kV氣體絕緣變壓器(GIT),
(3)隧道內22kV電纜採用光纖溫度監測系統,(4)直流電纜採用高阻抗接地故障預警設備,本文
僅就松山線供電系統在設計與施工之重要項目創新設計成果與施工經驗作回饋分享。

Abstract
The Taipei MRT’s power supply system comprises AC and DC systems. The system was built
up applying a multiple power supply and double loop configuration, and a movable and mutative
power load is mainly used in the trains. The MRT system is for public transportation, so it must
be reliable and safe especially in terms of design. Taipei MRT has the top system’s stability and
reliability ranking among advanced cities in the world. DORTS, the responsible organization of
Taipei MRT, prudently controls the quality of projects, and CTCI, the largest domestic integrated
turn-key engineering company, is engaged in the field of MRT E&M systems. With the core
values of professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and innovation, CTCI provides the most reliable
