臺北捷運公司節能減碳作法

摘要
二氧化碳是主要的溫室氣體來源,隨著全球暖化趨勢下,如何減少二氧化碳排放量已成
為世界各國非常重要的研究課題,世界各國地鐵也普遍將能源效率納入營運績效指標項目。
捷運系統的運轉能源來自電力,然而在近幾年台北捷運新線陸續開通,整體路網更臻成
熟,不但營運車站數量增加,列車行駛里程也較長,所能服務的旅客也屢創新高,伴隨營運
的需求,其整體能源耗用也就愈高,在用電增加情形下,相對的也間接造成碳排放量提高。
在節能減碳的嚴峻課題下,台北捷運公司為有效管理、推動及落實節約能源及提升能源使用
效率,自 2006 年起即成立節約能源委員會加強推動節能相關工作,本文就公司營運管理面,
提供實務之節能減碳作為,以供各界參考。

Abstract
Carbon dioxide is the main source of greenhouse gas. Facing the global warming trend,
reducing carbon dioxide emissions has become a critical global issue. Most metro systems have
therefore incorporated energy efficiency into benchmarking items.
MRT operations depend on power supply. As new Taipei MRT routes have opened in recent
years, the entire network has grown mature, leading to an increase in the number of operational
stations and operational mileage. Consequently, transport volume regularly hit record high. To meet
operational needs, overall energy consumption is growing, leading to increasing carbon emissions.
To manage the critical goals of saving energy and reducing carbon, Taipei Rapid Transit
Corporation (TRTC) established an energy saving committee in 2006. The committee promotes
effective management and implementation of energy-saving measures while raising energy
efficiency. This paper introduces energy-saving and carbon-reduction practices taken by TRTC in
terms of operational management.
