                 自臺北捷運興建以來,本局同仁不斷吸收新知,蛻變創新,加上捷運實際營運經驗,致
            使機電各子系統均有多項興革方案,舉凡列車「火警偵測」及「列車緊急對講機」與「監

            視(CCTV)系統」連動,以利行控中心迅速掌控車廂內狀況;供電系統之保護電驛採用
            智慧型電子裝置 (IED);將傳統固定式閉塞區間無人駕駛號誌系統,更新為移動式閉塞區間
            CBTC 無人駕駛號誌系統;無線電通訊系統由傳統類比式全面更新為數位式;自動收費系統
            配合市府推動一票到底(整合捷運、公車及停車場)之便民政策,全面採用非接觸式 IC 卡

            設計…等等,概可綜覽機電規設之蛻變、創新與成長之歷程。

                                                       Abstract

                 Since the early stage of Taipei MRT construction, a number of improvements and reforms have
            been brought to E&M subsystems due to the constant pursuit of new knowledge, transformation,
            and innovation, plus accumulated MRT operation experience. The following is a list of examples
            of innovative practices: adopting interlock function design in onboard fire detection, onboard
            emergency intercom, and onboard closed circuit television (CCTV) for traffic control to facilitate
            an immediate control of the situation inside the car by the operation control center (OCC); adopting

            intelligent electronic device (IED) type protection relays for the power supply system; adopting an
            advanced communication-based train control (CBTC) moving block driverless signalling system
            instead of the traditional fixed block driverless signalling system; adopting a digital communications
            system to replace the traditional analogue one; in cooperation with a user-friendly policy promoted
            by Taipei City government-adopting an all-inclusive ticket for integrating MRT, bus, and parking
            facilities for the automatic fare collection system. This paper also includes more examples to offer
            readers an overview of the process of transformation, innovation, and growth of E&M system
            planning and design.
