BIM於捷運車站生命週期應用

摘要
臺北捷運首次導入BIM技術於車站站體設計,BIM技術除了能應用於初期建築設計外,
更可應用於後續施工階段及營運階段,提供了完整的全生命週期應用。BIM技術發展至今,
功能及應用面仍是不斷增進,可以用日新月異來形容,而每個國家的工程發包制度、法規及
技術應用層度也大不相同,所以尚未有統一的作法及流程,每個地方應發展適合國家國情及
符合單位需求的BIM作業方式。
本文就捷運工程以全建築生命週期可應用的BIM技術提出初步看法,包含設計階段的系
統整合、施工階段的營建管理及營運階段的設施管理,從這幾個面向切入BIM發展可應用的
發展,並提出一些未來可採用的建議參考。

Abstract
Building Information Modeling (BIM) has now been applied to the stations' structural design
on the Taipei MRT project for the first time. BIM is not only suitable for use in the early design
phase, but also in the subsequent construction and operation phases of a building, providing
applications for use throughout its full life cycle.
Nowadays, BIM technology is still developing at a fast pace, including functions and
applications. On the practical side, tendering systems, regulations, and technology applications vary
from country to country. Accordingly, no unified operation system or workflow exists and each
country has to develop BIM operations suitable for individual situations and needs.
This paper provides an initial perspective of the application of BIM in full life cycle
managment of the MRT project, including system integration in the design phase, construction
management in the construction phrase, and facility management in the operation phrase. The
authors also provide suggestions for future development of BIM from different perspectives.
