                                  內湖線行駛路面及導電軌材料簡介

                                                          摘要

                 木柵延伸(內湖)線係參照木柵線MATRA VAL256系統進行相容性之設計,其中行駛路
            面(RUNNING SURFACE)經捷運公司建議考量採用鋼製行駛路面,以改善目前木柵線營
            運期間之混凝土行駛路面不平整狀況,本局遂請細部設計顧問針對行駛路面之施作方式進行
            檢討並提出改善建議。而鋼製行駛路面與混凝土行駛路面各有其優缺點,在國內採用膠輪行

            駛鋼製路面應屬首例。
                 到底採行此種路面,所衍生之各項材料檢試驗要求標準為何?有無別於或同於目前所依
            循之技術規範,係屬本文所需探討之範疇,包括型鋼生產、結合接頭組件、錨定系統組件、
            扣件系統組件及伸縮接頭組件等;就此兩種行駛路面之優缺點及可行性,分別引述說明。

                A Brief Introduction to Neihu Line's Running Surface and Conductor Rail

                                                       Abstract
                 The Neihu line, an extension of Muzha line, was designed to be compatible with the Muzha
            line's MATRA VAL256 system. Considering the uneven nature of the concrete running surface

            applied to the Muzha line, Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation (TRTC) suggested that a steel running
            surface be used on the Neihu line instead. Thereafter, a detailed design consultant (DDC) was
            commissioned by DORTS to do an overall review of the construction of the running surface and

            make recommendations for improvements. Although both steel and concrete running surfaces
            have advantages and disadvantages, rubber tyred trains are to travel on a steel running surface for
            the first time in the nation. A study of material testing standards and the differences in technical
            specifications is included in this paper. In addition, this paper also describes section steel production,
            union adapter assembly, anchor system module, buckle system module and expansion joint module,

            as well as the advantages, disadvantages, and feasibility of the two types of running surface.
