電梯地震時之自動診斷、自動復原系統之開發

摘要
最近臺灣及日本皆發生多次大規模地震,當地震發生時導致電梯安裝之地震感知器啟
動,使稍有搖晃之電梯車廂不能繼續行走,並即刻於最近樓層停機,以確保人員與設備的安
全。另一方面,因為對於由地震感知器之作動而停止之電梯,必須由專門技術人員逐一作安
全確認,是以當電梯因地震而停止之台數甚多時,將對電梯復原作業花費甚多時間,造成使
用者許多不便。鑒於這些狀況,日本三菱電機株式會社與三菱電機大樓管理系統株式會社應
用以往所發展之電梯遠距監視、自動診斷技術,開發出地震發生後之自動異常診斷、自動復
原等系統,以確保地震後停機檢修之安全及縮減停機時間之耗費,本文就此項技術之引進使
用予以介紹說明。

Abstract
There have been many large-scale earthquakes both in Taiwan and Japan recently. When an
earthquake occurs, the elevator's seismic sensor will activate, preventing the slightly swaying car
from moving and stopping it at the nearest floor to ensure the safety of passengers and equipment.
The elevators stopped by the seismic sensor's activation, must be checked for safety by skilled
personnel. On the other hand, when a large number of elevators shut down, it will take a long
time to reset the elevators, causing much inconvenience for passengers. In view of the above
problem, Mitsubishi Electrical Corporation and Mitsubishi Electrical Building Management System
(Japan) established a remote inspection and automatic diagnosis technology for elevators and
have developed a post-earthquake automatic diagnosis and self-reset system to ensure the safety
of personnel while performing examinations to reduce the elevator stoppage time. This article
introduces the above-mentioned technology.
