臺北捷運的工程管理機制

摘要

臺北捷運的工程管理機制之發展與運作，迄今已逾 27 年，期間發揮之管理效能，隨著
陸續完工通車且深獲好評的捷運路線與時俱進。如今，臺北捷運的優質印象已深植人心，臺
北捷運的工程管理機制，扮演著舉足輕重的角色。本文目的，即在於透過管理的定義及本局
管理之目標，以本局工務管理處之作為，闡述臺北捷運的工程管理機制內容，並以多年來施
工廠商對管理機制之回饋，印證臺北捷運的工程管理機制乃務實且有效能之模式。

Abstract
The Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system construction management mechanism has

been constantly developed and adopted for more than 27 years. During this period, management
efficiency has been increasing with the completion of widely praised MRT routes. Nowadays, the
construction management mechanism plays a key role for the excellent and impressive Taipei MRT.

This paper introduces the concepts of the Taipei MRT construction management mechanism
through the definition of management and DORTS' project management goals. Moreover, the
feedback of construction management from different contractors for many years has confirmed that
the Taipei MRT construction management mechanism is a pragmatic and efficient module.
