                                新莊線東門站通車後營運模式之探討

                                                          摘要

                 捷運系統無法以單一行車路線同時滿足旅客上班、購物、就醫、遊憩等多元需求,為配
            合臺北都會區發展,臺北捷運路網原規劃架構就是新店-松山線(綠線)、淡水-信義線
            (紅線)、中和-新莊、蘆洲線(橘線)、南港-板橋土城線(藍線)及文山-內湖線(棕
            線),一條路線一個顏色。歷經多年建設,捷運路網型態從單一路線演變為雙十路線,初期
            大多數旅客集中於臺北車站、忠孝復興站轉乘,隨著新蘆線的完工,慢慢地轉移分散至民權
            西路站、忠孝新生站,捷運旅客亦漸漸適應換車轉乘。在新莊線東門站通車後,橘線全線貫
            通,古亭站在初期路網施工時早已預留之另一側月台,亦將加入服務,捷運路網的營運型態
            與行車路線也將在沿用十多年之後,產生重大的改變。
                 本文係簡要概述臺北捷運路網型態構成之考量與建設歷程過軌跨線銜接營運模式,以及
            新莊線東門站通車後的營運模式與通車前系統穩定性測試的執行方式。

               A Study of MRT Operation Modes after the Opening of the
                                 Xinzhuang Line’s Dongmen Station

                                                       Abstract
                 The MRT system cannot meet passengers’ various demands for commuting, shopping, hospital
            visits, and recreation by only offering separate routes. In line with the development of the Taipei
            metropolitan area, the original plan for the Taipei MRT network was for it to be composed of the
            Xindian-Songshan line (Green Line), Tamsui-Xinyi line (Red line), Zhonghe-Xinzhuang-Luzhou line
            (Orange Line), Nangang-Banqiao-Tucheng line (Blue Line), and Wenshan-Neihu line (Brown Line)
            with each route identified by a color. After two decades of construction, the Taipei MRT system has
            been transformed from separate routes into a double-cross network. At the initial stage, most passengers
            were concentrated at Taipei Main Station and Zhongxiao Fuxing Station to transfer to other lines.
                 After the Xinzhuang and Luzhou lines entered commercial service, passengers began getting
            used to turning to Minquan W. Rd. Station and Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station when making transfers.
            In the future, when the section from Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station to Guting Station via Dongmen
            Station on the Xinzhuang line Taipei City section is completed, two sections of the Orange Line will
            be linked. At that time, the in-service Guting Station on the Xindian line (Green Line) will allow
            passengers to transfer to the Xinzhuang line (Orange Line) at the opposite side of the platform that
            was planned for future use early in the initial construction stage. Then, operation modes and route
            connections will undergo a significant adjustment after Taipei MRT has been providing service for
            more than a decade.
                 This article gives a brief overview of the considerations given to the formation of the MRT
            network and its operation modes in response to new route connections. Adjusted operation modes
            after the opening of the Xinzhuang line’s Guting Station, and system stability tests performed prior
            to the completion of the construction are also included.
