                            臺北捷運結構物地震監測系統建置與應用

                                                          摘要
                 有鑒於民國88年發生之921大地震的影響,所以臺北捷運自新莊蘆洲線開始將結構物地
            震監測納入系統配備之一,並在興建時設置永久性的地震監測與結構監測系統,期望經由加

            強地震監測以提高捷運行車安全,並收集地震對車站結構影響之資料以做為後續線路設計回
            饋之用。
                 本文先就地震對臺北盆地的影響與目前監測狀態進行介紹,並詳細說明新建地震監測系
            統之架構與功能,包括車站端系統、行控中心整合系統與資料庫、通訊介面、資料格式、後
            端處理、使用者介面等。此外針對本監測系統之可能實際應用層面,包括結構物設計回饋、

            結構物安全評估、行車安全輔助、系統識別模式建立、長期行車振動監測等,進行詳細介
            紹,以供日後本系統管理者與資料使用者參考。

                                                       Abstract

                 Due to the huge earthquake hitting Taiwan on September 21, 1999, starting from the Xinzhuang
            line seismic monitoring on structures has been incorporated into equipment of Taipei MRT during the
            planning and design stages. In addition, permanent seismic and structural monitoring systems have been
            established during construction. It is hoped that enhanced seismic monitoring will help to ensure MRT
            operation safety. In addition, records of how earthquakes impact on station structures are also collected
            to serve as important design feedback for the future network.

                 This paper introduces seismic impacts on Taipei Basin and current monitoring status. In addition,
            the author details the frameworks and functions of new seismic monitoring systems, including station
            seismic monitoring system, integration system and database at Operation Control Center (OCC),
            communication interface, data format, off-line data processing, and user interface. Detailed descriptions
            also include the application of structural design feedback, structural safety analyses, operation safety

            analyses, establishment of system ID, and vibration monitoring. All the details will serve as references
            for supervisory staff and users of the seismic monitoring system.
