                                                                摘 要

                            在未來航空城計畫推動後,桃園與台北市間的角色,將由外圍邊陲地區轉為北北
                       桃全區的門戶,藉由區域合作廊道的發展與建立,促進臺北市與其他核心產業城市之
                       間的合作,發展成為近千萬人口的多核心網絡結構新都會。由機場聯外捷運、台鐵桃
                       園段高架捷運化與航空城捷運線三線在桃園地區成為軌道路網,串聯航空城、桃園及
                       中壢三地區核心,再與台北都會區的捷運整體路網相連,搭配台鐵、高鐵的中、長程
                       城際軌道運輸功能,構成以高鐵為軸、區域鐵路捷運與都會區捷運為網的北北桃新都
                       會區軌道交通骨幹路網,提供此新都會區便捷、無接縫的優質運輸系統服務與未來跨
                       越現行行政疆界,空間整體發展的基礎,使既有臺北都會區30分鐘可達的便捷捷運路
                       網生活圈得以續向外擴張,成為50公里半徑、1小時可及、資源完備、便捷有效率、
                       具國際競爭力的新都會經濟產業生活圈。

                         The Vision for the Integrated Development in Greater Taipei Area

                                                               Abstract
                           With the launch of the Taoyuan Aerotropolis development project, the role of the area
                       covering Taoyuan County and Taipei City has been positioned as a gateway for the integrated
                       development of Taipei City, Taipei County, and Taoyuan County transforming former
                       border regions. The development and establishment of regional transportation corridors will
                       contribute to the cooperation between Taipei City and other core industrial cities to develop
                       the whole area into a new metropolis of 10 million people with multi-core transportation
                       networks.
                           Consisting of an airport MRT line, the elevated-MRT-mode Taiwan Railways Taoyuan
                       section, and an aerotropolis MRT line, a rail network will be developed in the Taoyuan area
                       to serve as a link between three regions: the aerotropolis, Taoyuan City, and Zhongli City. In
                       addition, coupled with the Taipei MRT “Three Rings & Three Lines, ” Taiwan Railways, and
                       Taiwan High Speed Rail, the rail network will be formed into a transportation backbone for
                       the new metropolis of Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Taoyuan County with Taiwan High
                       Speed Rail as its axis, and regional MRT-mode railways and urban area MRT lines radiating
                       outwards to provide a convenient and seamless optimal transport system. Additionally, the
                       rail network will be the basis of an integral space development in the future by breaking
                       through current administrative boundaries, allowing the scope of activities to be extended.
                       When the rail network is completed, MRT service will be available within a radius of 50
                       kilometers and within one hour from Taipei Main Station compared to the current service
                       distance limit at can be reached within 30 minutes, helping create a new metropolitan with
                       greater resources and international competitiveness.
