                                  雙圓潛盾工程—以機場捷運CA450A標為例

                                                                摘 要

                            本工程是三環三線路網第三環之一段,『臺灣桃園國際機場聯外捷運系統建設計
                       畫CA450A標』潛盾隧道路線從新北市三重區忠孝橋旁起至臺北市塔城街捷運松山線
                       北門站(G14)之西側止全長約 1,584m。路線穿越了淡水河河床、河岸兩側堤防及環
                       河快速道路高架橋基礎,線形特別考量河床沖刷、基樁衝突托底問題,及聯絡通道之
                       設置以提供隧道安全逃生及維修需求。回顧過去臺北捷運皆採用傳統單圓雙孔潛盾施
                       工,迄今為止,穿越淡水河捷運路線,未曾於淡水河河床下方開挖設置聯絡通道施工
                       之案例,主要原因在於施工困難度及風險極高。本工程經定性及定量評估比較傳統單
                       圓雙孔及雙圓潛盾(DOT)工法之優劣得失,採用雙圓潛盾工法進行施工。雙圓潛盾工
                       法係採蠶繭型斷面設計(類似橫向數字8),於中柱環片直接設置連通門,即可免除
                       傳統單圓雙孔工法在河床下方設置聯絡通道之高風險施工。目前雙圓潛盾隧道(DOT)
                       已施工完成,證實DOT潛盾隧道在用地不足、穿越河川時是最佳工法之選擇。

                                                               Abstract

                           Section Contract CA450A refers to the construction of the shield tunnel on the Taiwan
                       Taoyuan International Airport line, a section of the third ring in the Taipei MRT “Three
                       Rings & Three Lines.” The section starts from the side of Zhongxiao Bridge in Sanchong
                       District, New Taipei City and ends at the west side of the Songshan line's Beimen Station
                       (G14) located on Tacheng Street, totaling 1,584 meters. As the route passes beneath the
                       Danshui River, the flood-prevention embankments on both sides, and Huanhe Expressway

                       viaduct foundation, special concern should be addressed to riverbed erosion, underpinning
                       construction, and the establishment of cross passages for route alignment so as to meet the
                       needs of passenger evacuation and facility maintenance.
                           The traditional twin-tube tunneling method was adopted on the initial Taipei MRT
                       routes. As a result, cross passages have never been established in the MRT tunnels passing

                       beneath the Danshui River due to construction difficulties and high risks. Having evaluated
                       the advantages and disadvantages between the twin-tube tunneling method and the Double-
                       O-Tube (DOT) tunneling method, the latter was adopted on this construction. The DOT
                       technique adopts a cocoon-shaped cross-section design, similar to a horizontal figure 8,
                       with cross passages established directly in the center of the rings instead of beneath the
                       riverbed as occurs when using the traditional twin-tube tunneling method to avoid high risk.
                       Currently, the DOT tunnels have been completed, proving that DOT is the best choice for the
                       construction with limited site space beneath a river.
