高流度混凝土於捷運之應用
—以新莊線CK570E區段標為例

摘 要
大眾捷運系統是結合傳統土木營造工法、現代建築裝修材料、符合經濟效能之環
控設施及安全行控之消防機電設備的大型複合公共工程,其中土木營建材料無論使用
種類及數量更是複雜與巨大,尤其以混凝土需求量居其最大宗之ㄧ。
傳統混凝土不僅是大量需要耗用高能源的水泥,且澆置過程易因施工環境、人
為因素導致結構物品質不佳。故為克服及改善混凝土施工不良影響結構物品質,臺北
捷運工程局亟思引進符合環保、降低人為因素影響品質之高性能混凝土,於本標首先
採用高坍流度混凝土即屬高性能混凝土之ㄧ種,亦為捷運指標性工程。進而如何 合
產、官及學界力量建立混凝土供應品質管控制度亦日形重要,本文即針對捷運新莊線
CK570E區段標高坍流度混凝土做一簡要報告。

Abstract
The MRT system is a huge and complex public works project using traditional civil
construction methods, modern architectural materials, economically effi cient environmental
control facilities, and other electrical & mechanical facilities. Therefore, the varieties and
quantities of the construction materials are enormous, among which concrete is one of the
construction materials used in large amounts.
Traditional concrete needs a huge amount of high energy-consumption cement. In
addition, different construction environments and human factors could result in poor quality.
To improve concrete quality and match the trend toward sustainability, DORTS has taken the
lead in the use of high performance concrete (HPC) in Taiwan. High flow concrete (HFC) is
one kind of HPC. It is important to mobilize industries, government agencies & academia to
establish a quality control system. This article is a brief report on the application of HFC on
the MRT Xinzhuang line Section Contract CK570E.
