都會區環境工法介紹─靜壓植樁施工

摘要
在利用各種樁型式為擋土設施的基礎工程上,傳統的工法需以撞擊或振動方式將樁打入
地下,由於依賴振動撞擊產生的能量,不可避免的產生過多噪音及振動傳遞,尤其在都會
區,已愈來愈無法讓鄰近的居民接受,而振動也易造成鄰近建物龜裂等損害。
本文乃就台北捷運信義線工程CR580B區段標所採用的遙控自走之“靜壓植樁工法”施
作鋼版樁的案例說明為起點,來進一步介紹強調以“靜壓植樁工法”施作各種型式樁,是環
境保護的新趨勢。本工法除了有較低的振動值及噪音值外,它附帶效益是對鄰近建物及地面
的沉陷量影響相對減少,而值得一提的優點,本工法所須要施作空間較小,工序較簡潔且施
工方便,不須繁瑣的機具,且其適用施工的範圍極廣,不限定於鋼板樁打設,舉凡各種型式
的鋼樁、PC樁、版樁等,皆可適用施工。

Abstract
Various types of piles are used as retaining wall facilities in the construction of foundations.
Based on conventional methods, the piles are installed into the ground by way of impact or
vibration. Since the piling construction depends on the energy produced from the impact or
vibration, it is unavoidable to make too much noise and vibration for urban environments.
Especially where nearby residents and residences could be damaged by the vibrations easily.
This article aims to introduce examples of the remote-control and self-motion of the "Silent
Piling method" adopted by Taipei MRT Xinyi line's CR580 project, and further address the
application of the silent piling method for various types of piles that will be a new trend due to
environmental protection concerns. In addition to the advantages of low vibration and low noise,
the additional effect of this method is that the settlement of adjacent buildings and ground will
be decreased relatively. Other advantages worth mentioning are that this method requires a small
working area; its work sequence is simple and convenient for construction and does not require
complicated machines. The silent piling method is widely used and not limited to sheet pile
installation. It can be applied for various types of steel piles, PC piles, sheet piles, etc.
