摘要
捷運工程於路線規劃階段進行環境影響評估時,對沿線之古蹟文物保存與保護均持審慎
嚴謹之態度,施工合約中規定若發現疑似古蹟或遺址即須停工配合主管機關指示辦理。
有關本案古蹟挪移工程,本局至今皆依文化資產保存法之相關規定並採納古蹟學者專家
等意見全力配合辦理,期能規劃得使松山線北門站與文化古蹟保存、活化與再利用相互結
合,不僅是空間使用的活化,在時間軸上更藉此將臺灣鐵路建設由過去串聯至未來,並透過
捷運建設整合,以便捷的交通帶來人潮,使古蹟更容易親近、欣賞、同時提高古蹟利用價
值。

Abstract
When performing the environmental impact assessment during the planning period of the MRT
routes, DORTS was very serious about the preservation and protection of historic relics along its
routes. According to the regulations stipulated in the construction contract, the contractor should
suspend construction work and follow instructions given by the authorized government agent if any
historic relics were found during construction.
As for the aforementioned relocation project, DORTS made every effort to carry it out based
on the relevant regulations including the Cultural Heritage Preservation Law and suggestions from
archeologists in the hope of combining the plan of the Beimen Station on the Songshan MRT line
with the preservation, revitalization and re-utilization of cultural heritage. The said construction not
only revitalizes the space but also extends time, linking the past and the future history of the Taiwan
railway. Through the MRT construction, the cultural heritage will draw more passengers to visit and
appreciate the relic, increasing its utilization value.
