                高車流量都會區預鑄節塊懸臂橋樑之施工-以內湖線為例

                                                          摘要

                 預鑄預力混凝土懸臂節塊橋樑因具有可系統化施工(縮短工期、節省人力、施工成本效
            益)、大幅提高工程品質、降低工程施工期間對鄰近環境及交通運輸之影響等優點,爰被大

            量採用於國道3號高速公路南部路段九如至麟洛間高架橋樑。而台北捷運內湖線高架段設於
            路幅狹窄且高車流量之北安路、內湖路、文德路、成功路及康寧路,因部分路段穿越路口,
            為降低路面交通衝擊,並增加路口淨空,共計有八單元採用預鑄預力混凝土懸臂節塊橋樑,
            每一單元均以三跨連續梁設計。本文旨在介紹內湖線CB410區段標部分路段採用預鑄預力混
            凝土懸臂節塊工法之生產、吊裝及線形之控制。

              Construction of Precast Segmental Cantilever Bridges in a Metropolitan Area
               with Heavy Traffic: Taking the Neihu MRT Line's Construction for Example

                                                       Abstract
                 A characteristic of Precast Segmental Cantilever Bridges is systematic operation, which

            streamlines the construction period, lowers the necessary workforce, and downsizes construction
            cost. It can also substantially contribute to promoting construction quality while lowering the
            impact on traffic in the neighborhood during construction. In view of the above-mentioned
            advantages, precast cantilever beam construction was adopted in large quantities on the freeway

            viaduct construction of the southern section of National Highway 3 from Jiuru to Linluo. The Neihu
            MRT line's elevated section will pass along Beian Road, Neihu Road, Wende Road, Chenggong
            Road, and Kangning Road, where streets are narrow and traffic is severely heavy at its complexly
            woven intersections. With a view to reducing impact on passing traffic to a minimum during the

            construction period so as to allow greater intersection clearance, construction of Precast Segmental
            Cantilever Bridges is to be adopted on the Neihu MRT line's elevated construction for a total of
            eight units, each based on a continuous three-span length. The gist of this article is to introduce the
            construction method of Precast Segmental Cantilever Bridges adopted for the Neihu MRT line's

            section contract CB410 and the installation process as well as to review the development of Linear
            Control.
