                                                        摘  要


                 臺灣地處亞熱帶區域,海島型氣候之環境溫度與濕度均為偏高,且於都會區尖峰時段交
            通壅塞所造成的空氣惡化日趨嚴重,如何設計並營造一個安全且舒適的乘車環境,以提高都
            會區民眾選擇搭乘捷運運輸的意願,並可進一步達到改善空氣品質與紓解交通的目的。

                 臺北捷運系統係以提供一個安全、快速、便捷、低污染的乘車空間為基本規設之理念,
            有關電聯車各子系統間設計協調性亦均以營運安全與乘車舒適為前提考量,除了推進與懸吊
            子系統所構成的行車品質外,捷運車廂乃為具備空調子系統的密閉式設計,一方面除能降低
            車內噪音與降低行車風阻外,另一方面則提供空氣調節並同時防止車外灰塵進入,可維持優
            良的車廂空氣品質,對於提升整體乘車品質之助益不少。
                 本文將針對臺北捷運系統之中、高運量電聯車空調子系統作一通盤性介紹,說明本局該
            子系統規劃設計之理念與目前實際營運中所遭遇之故障與維修處理情形,並廣納國際上最新
            技術發展且兼具營運實績之相關設備,以期未來捷運系統之永續經營。

                                                       Abstract


                 Taiwan is located in the subtropical zone with high temperature and humidity typical of an
            island climate. This is aggravated by air pollution caused by traffic in the larger cities during
            working hours.    It is important to design a safe and comfortable riding environment to increase the
            willingness of the public to choose to travel on the transit system and improve air quality while also
            easing traffic congestion.
                 The basic design principle for the TRTS is to provide a safe, speedy, convenient and low
            pollution-emitting riding space.    The first considerations in the design cooperation between each
            subsystem of the EMU are operation safety and ride quality. When thinking about the ride quality,
            in addition to concerns about the construction of the propulsion and suspension system, the saloon
            is designed to be airtight.    On the one hand it lowers interior noise and aerodynamic impedance,
            and on the other it allows the supply of air conditioning and prevents dust getting into the car. This
            helps maintain good saloon air quality and raises the overall ride quality.
                 This text is a comprehensive introduction to the air conditioning system used in the EMUs of
            medium/high capacity TRTS cars and describes our design principles for this subsystem and the
            maintenance condition of units currently in operation.  The latest international technology
            development and related equipment with operating performance are also included in expectation of
            continuous operation of the Rapid Transit System in the future.
