臺北捷運工程之稽查/查驗除已建立作業流程外,更進一步提昇為 e 化流程管理,「品質
稽查/查驗管理系統」乃結合稽查/查驗、受稽/查、主管審查等多部門之「資訊共通平台」具
有流程自動化、缺失追蹤列管、資訊分析/傳遞等功能,稽查/查驗可視為品質管理溝通的過程,
強化溝通的「資訊共通平台」,以減少過程中的人為疏失、提昇品質缺失追蹤列管的效率、節
省資料分析耗費之時間,進而回饋正確客觀之品質資訊,提供品質管理各階層借鏡及決策參
考,本文之目的在於介紹品質稽查/查驗 e 化之理念及流程作業重點,並於此時系統操作初期,
提出簡單心得及檢討。

E-Process Management of Quality Audit

Abstract
The process management of quality auditing of the Taipei Metro has been set up and promoted
as an “e-process,” which is a way of automating the quality audit process. This paper introduces
computer software, the QAUDIT, for auditing quality management. The software provides each
unit a communication platform to use when compiling audit reports, determining and assessing
corrective actions, and analyzing deficiencies. At the initial stage of QAUDIT application, this
paper presents the concept and effect of e-process management of quality audit, which emphasizes
the efficiency of communication platforms.
