                                     臺北捷運知識管理運用與實務

                                                          摘要

                 臺北捷運局成立之初,國內並沒有捷運建設的工程經驗,因此,聘請外籍總顧問借重其
            經驗與能力,協助規劃台北捷運系統,本局將多年累積的捷運建設經驗,以制度化、有系統

            地管理、保存。
                 本文簡述知識管理概念、說明如何找出捷運工程核心技術知識、本局採行的相關管理制
            度,如何運用資訊技術協助管理,以及列舉實際運用案例加以說明,並以知識的普及度、成

            長度、擴散度、知識整合力、知識轉化力及創造力,來檢視本局知識管理的執行成效,以提
            供工程業界在推動知識管理上的參考。

                                                       Abstract

                 When the Taipei City Department of Rapid Transit Systems (DORTS) was established, Taiwan
            did not have MRT construction experience. This led DORTS to hire foreign consultants to assist
            with MRT planning. Since then, DORTS has gained experience in the planning, construction, and

            maintenance of a rapid transit system while systematically documenting this knowledge.
                 This  paper  outlines  the  concept  of  knowledge  management  and  uses  specific  examples  to
            illustrate key elements of its application, including obtaining the core MRT technology needed for
            knowledge management, adopting management methodologies, and using information technology

            to  assist  in  management.  It  also  describes  how  to  evaluate  the  effectiveness  of  knowledge
            management  based  on  performance  metrics  related  to  popularity,  growth,  extension,  integration,
            transformation,  and  creativity.  Furthermore,  this  paper  provides  a  case  study  that  can  encourage
            others in the engineering industry to apply knowledge management in their own work.
