捷運車站設計之新趨勢：環境共生與綠建築

—以臺北捷運環狀線為例

摘 要

環狀線第1階段計畫為三環三線路線中第1環重要之一段，亦為新北市政府主動推
動之第1個捷運計畫，新北市政府交通局亦於本局辦理各標細部設計時，即參與相關
審查作業。另在細設計理念上為響應公共工程會之節能減碳、綠色內涵等政策，於環
狀線建築設計中導入環境共生與綠建築之理念。
配合「流水行雲‧龍遊千里」公共藝術之主題，各標之建築造型構想係將環境之
特色轉化為車站之設計元素。DF111標為「自然之光」、DF112標為「都會之光」及
DF113標為「工業之光」，期希創造出「自然、光合、心樂活」之捷運車站環境。

Abstract
The Circular line Phase I is a critical part of the first ring of the Taipei MRT “Three
Rings & Three Lines.” It is also the first MRT project that New Taipei City government has

taken the initiative to get involved in. New Taipei City's Transportation Department has
been engaged in related reviews since the detailed design stage. In line with energy saving
and green construction policies promoted by the Public Construction Commission of the
Executive Yuan, the concepts of green construction and coexistence with the environment
were incorporated in the architectural design of the Circular line.
Based on the public art theme “Like the clouds' swift passage, the dragon travels
thousands of miles,” the concepts of each contract are to transform environmental
characteristics into the elements of station design. Thus “Light of the nature”—the subtitle
of Contract DF111, “Light of the metropolis” of Contract DF112, and “Light of the industry”
of Contract DF113 will help create an MRT station environment that is filled with the
experiences of “Nature, Photosynthesis, and LOHAS.”
