三環三線路網之介紹

摘 要

臺北都會區捷運系統路網自臺北市政府捷運工程局76年成立以來，辦理第一階段
通車路線106.4公里、第二階段執行中路線60.3公里及第三階段規劃中路線98.3公里。
99年新北市政府提出推動「三環三線」捷運路網，「三環三線」捷運路網遍及臺北市
及新北市，有些已通車營運如：文湖線、板南線；有些執行中如：環狀線第1階段、
新莊線等；有些規劃中如：民生汐止線、環狀線北環段及南環段、三鶯線及安坑線
等。新北市政府將「三環三線」列為施政主軸，臺北市郝市長也指示「三環三線」能
讓大臺北都會區納入一小時交通生活圈，臺北市會和新北市同樣視為重大政策，全力
合作推動「三環三線」捷運路網。

Abstract
Since Taipei City's Department of Rapid Transit Systems was established in 1987,

106.4 km of MRT routes have been completed in Stage I. Currently, 60.3 km of routes are
under construction for Stage 2, and 98.3 km have been planned for Stage 3. In 2010, the
New Taipei City government proposed the implementation of the Taipei MRT “Three Rings
& Three Lines.” The routes run through Taipei City and New Taipei City, and include in-

service routes such as the Wenhu line, Banqiao line, and Nangang line; routes currently
under construction such as the Circular line Phase I, Xinzhuang line, etc.; plus planned routes
such as the Minsheng-Xizhi line, north and south sections of the Circular line, Sanying
line, and Ankeng line. The aforesaid routes are listed in the main administrative goals of

the New Taipei City government. In addition, Taipei City Mayor Hau Lung-bin also made a
commitment that the “Three Rings & Three Lines” will make a one-hour MRT ride a reality
and will be a major policy implemented by Taipei City and New Taipei City governments.
