臺北捷運新莊線之公共藝術

摘 要

依據「文化藝術獎助條例」規定，公有建築物及重大公共工程應設置公共藝術。
為符合此法令的要求，臺北捷運工程在後續路網依據當地人文特色提出邀標書，然後

進行評選設置符合當地之藝術品。在新北市朱市長提出的三環三線中，新莊線以淡水
河為界分成臺北市區段及新北市區段，其中臺北市區段已於去年10月通車，本文係介
紹位於新北市區段總共九座車站中，設置大型公共藝術之五座車站的作品。其中包括
三重站「時代迴聲」、先嗇宮站「金屬之城-36種凝視」及「三重奏」、新莊站「編
織夢」、輔大站「真善美‧聖」及迴龍站「傾聽」。

Abstract

According to regulations in the“Culture and Arts Reward Act”, public artworks shall be
installed in public buildings and major public works. In response to the requirement, during
the construction of the Taipei MRT network, Taipei City's Department of Rapid Transit
Systems proposes an invitation package based on local cultural characteristics and then
selects artworks fitting local needs.The Xinzhuang line, part of the Taipei MRT“Three Rings
& Three Lines” announced by New Taipei City Mayor Eric Li-luan Chu, is divided into two
sections: Taipei City section and New Taipei City section, of which the Taipei City section
was opened in October 2010. This paper introduces the public artworks that are displayed
at five of the nine stations on the New Taipei City section: “Echoes of ages” at Sanchong
Station, “Gazing at the Metal City” & “San Chong Melody” at Xianse Temple Station,
“Weaving Dreams” at Xinzhuang Station, “Truth, Kindness, Beauty, and Holiness” at Fu Jen
University Station and “Listening” at Huilong Station.
