                 最後,強調多元架構與強調致力於理想視野的"軟絲"架構是同樣重要的。因此,"軟絲"
            架構不能被視為規範、強制性的;相反地,此架構必須適應各團隊、組織的條件與具體特點。
            最後,達成革新與形塑永續團隊沒有神奇的公式或"最好"的方法。關鍵為管理階層所支持的
            價值與團隊、組織內部的革新行動,應避免兩者之間所產生的歧異與不一致性。
