                                              ABSTRACT


            Taipei MRT Wanda-Zhonghe-Shulin Line (Phase 1) project connects Wanhua
            District , Zhonghe District , Tucheng District and Shulin District. Areas along the
            line are densely developed and demanding for transportation construction.
            Considering the regional transportation needs, and responding to the expectations
            of local public opinion, meeting the travel needs of the elite areas of Wanhua,
            Zhonghe, Tucheng and Shulin, and relieving the future MRT Xinzhuang Line and
            Tucheng Line pressure, including decreasing the number of transfer trips during
            peak hours of routes of the Metro Line , and expanding the service scope of the
