Abstract
RAM allocation is to analyze requirements relating to System Operation,
Maintenance, and to transfer those into Reliability/Availability/Maintainability
targets for System and Subsystem(s). The current RAM requirements are
unclear and not specific for the entire E&M System, and as such, this paper
is to introduce requirements from "Rules of Final Inspection & Testing
for Revenue Service and to allocate those down to subsystems through
appropriately weighted factors.
Keywords: E&M System, Rules of Final Inspection & Testing for Revenue Service,
System Assurance, Requirement Allocation, Weight Factor
