臺北捷運信義線之機電系統驗證與認證報告

摘要
依據交通部頒布之「大眾捷運系統履勘作業要點」修訂版第三及第十二條後段規定，工

程建設機構於報請辦理初勘前，應確認擬通車營運路段已完成之營運要件中，於已奉行政院
核定之計畫，應提出機電系統之驗證與認證報告。
本文就捷運工程信義線機電系統驗證與認證報告作概述，簡介本局履約執行狀況及驗證
與認證之作為以供參考。

Verification and Validation Reports of Taipei MRT Xinyi Line

Abstract

According to Article 3 and the second half of Article 12 of the revised "Regulations for Mass
Rapid Transit Systems Inspection," enacted by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications

(MOTC), construction agencies should ensure MRT routes have met operational requisites prior
to inauguration. The requisites include E&M systems verification and validation reports for all
construction projects approved by the Executive Yuan.
This article gives a general description of E&M systems verification and validation reports
of the Taipei MRT Xinyi line as well as an overview of DORTS contract performance and
implementation of verification and validation for future reference.
