                                臺北捷運信義線機電系統穩定性測試

                                                          摘要
                 信義線因通車後部分營運路線將變更,為避免影響通車前旅客搭乘習慣及權益,機電系
            統穩定性測試改於夜間停止營運後進行,以累積連續7天之營運時數(133小時);自102年7

            月6日至9月7日進行持續2個月之夜間測試,在捷運局、捷運公司及廠商通力合作及嚴謹管控
            下,終於順利完成,測試結果各項穩定性指標數據,如系統可用度及平均列車妥善率均符合
            履勘作業要點之要求,順利達成通車目標。

                  Stability Tests on Taipei MRT Xinyi Line E&M Systems

                                                       Abstract

                 To coordinate with operational mode adjustment on partial routes to be made after opening
            of the Xinyi line, E&M system stability tests were conducted at night when the MRT was closed,
            leading to an accumulated 133 hours of operation over seven consecutive days. For two months
            from July 6 to September 7, 2013, nighttime tests were continued under close cooperation and
            strict control between the Taipei City Department of Rapid Transit Systems, Taipei Rapid Transit

            Corporation, and contractors. Test stability indexes, such as system reliability and average train
            availability, met inspection requirements, allowing operations to begin on schedule.
