             捷運車站周邊綠色運具考察研析-以荷蘭、巴黎、法蘭克福為例

                 近年來,永續發展、綠色交通、大眾運輸導向發展已成為全球都市發展趨勢,都市空間
            與運輸環境之規劃由以往強調效率轉而重視人性化空間之營造,都市運輸服務系統除應滿足

            民眾生活的機動性與可及性之外,更需符合環境保護節能減碳與優質生活之要求。為因應即
            將到來之捷運時代及推廣綠色運具,如何在都市景觀、都市交通及土地使用兼顧下整合所有
            有限的空間及資源來配置最有效的都會區捷運系統轉乘綠色運具設施,是當前重要的課題,
            故期望藉由考察歐洲主要城市(荷蘭阿姆斯特丹、法國巴黎及德國法蘭克福)之執行成果,
            來達到經驗及實務的交流,作為本府設置捷運車站周邊綠色運具自行車道規劃與管理及公共
            自行車租賃等設施規劃之參考。

                                                       Abstract
                 In recent years, sustainable development, eco-transportation, and the development of public

            transportation have become a global urban development trend. The planning for urban spaces and
            transportation has changed from the past emphasis on making improvements in efficiency to the
            creation of human-centered spaces. In addition to keeping up with the mobility of public lives and
            creating high accessibility, urban transportation systems need to meet high quality of life standards and
            the requirements of environmental protection such as reducing carbon emissions and saving energy.
                 In line with the coming MRT Age and the promotion of eco-transportation, today, the most
            critical issue is to set up the most effective system possible for passengers transferring to and from

            a metropolitan MRT system to other transportation modes while taking into consideration the
            integration of urban landscape, transportation needs, and efficient land use within limited space and
            resources. We expect to promote an exchange of experiences and practices through a study tour
            to major European cities such as Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, Paris in France, and Frankfurt in
            Germany, which we believe will serve as a valuable reference for the planning and management of
            an eco-transportation system in the area surrounding Taipei MRT stations as well as the planning of
            facilities for public bicycle rentals.
