由本局赴英國倫敦考察所收集之資料，整理出倫敦地鐵車站設計及古蹟維護處理步驟、
核列古蹟之標準、相關處理單位及評估程序與英國國營鐵路公司（Network Rail）提供之維

多利亞車站開發（Victoria Station Development）案例，期能作為臺北捷運工程規劃設計及施
工中因應古蹟維護作業流程之參考資料。

When MRT Stations Meet Heritage Buildings —

A Look at London from Taipei

Abstract

Using information collected from a DORTS delegation’s visit to London, the author has
analyzed the London Underground guidance for station design and heritage management processes,
the criteria of rating historic and listed buildings, associated teams in charge, evaluation procedures,
etc. Coupled with the case study of Victoria Station Development project provided by Network

Rail Ltd., the data mentioned above can serve as a reference when renewing and developing assets
within historic and listed buildings during the planning, design, and construction stages of Taipei
MRT.
