—臺北捷運環狀線(第一階段)之公共藝術

摘要

環狀線第一階段主要為高架路線，行經於擁擠的都市中，為減低高架構造對都市
景觀之衝突，本路段的車站造型儘量輕巧並以整體車站藝術化為目標進行設計，本文
將以圖文介紹各站藝術裝修之巧思及美化高架樑柱及隔音牆之企圖。另本局突破以往
於挑選重點車站設置公共藝術作品之慣例，將全線公共藝術經費集中運用，以創造具
視覺性之兩個大案為目標，首次將全線高架樑柱、排水管、隔音牆及電聯車內外裝修
之色彩計畫納為公共藝術，期待將無可避免之高架構造轉化為美化環境的助力、亮眼
的公共藝術，加上為環狀線量身打造的藝術車廂，塑造「流水行雲‧龍遊千里」的意
象。此外，板橋站(Y15)因位於交通樞鈕，且適逢變更設計的機會，獲選為本局打造
藝術化車站之重點車站，令人期待!

The Public Art on the Circular Line Phase One

Abstract

The Circular line Phase I is mostly elevated and passes through crowded and bustling
cities. To reduce the impact of the elevated structures on urban landscape, the design of
stations on this section is light and artistic. With illustrations and pictures, this article aims
to introduce the ingenious design of art finishing and shows DORTS’ attempt to beautify the
elevated structures and acoustic barriers. Unlike the convention of installing public artworks
at some selected stations, DORTS has concentrated the public art budget of the whole line
on creating two large visual projects. DORTS, for the first time, will include the elevated
columns, beams, drainage pipes, acoustic barriers, exterior and interior of MRT cars into
public art to beautify the environment. In addition, eye-catching public art along with artistic
MRT cars will be specially created for the line, creating the image of “Like the clouds’ swift
passage, the dragon travels thousands of miles.” As Banqiao Station (Y15) is located in a
major transportation hub, DORTS will take advantage of design change order to select it as
the focus station of artistic design.
