                                           漫談捷運軌道噪音振動

                                                          摘要

                 都市化的結果,噪音已成為市民心中最大的環境公害,而振動問題亦隨著生活品質與機
            能的提昇,正逐漸為人們所重視。其實,噪音與振動同為波動行為,係一體兩面。捷運系統

            具有運量大、速度快、班距短、準點率高、事故低、低污染、省能源等諸多優點,為使捷運
            成為名副其實無公害之交通運具,持續提昇減振降噪措施,實刻不容緩。
                 本篇文章係嘗試將目前令初學者模糊不清的噪音振動基本觀念予以導正,並以拋磚引玉
            心態,彙集捷運相關噪音振動預測模式、減振降噪措施等,一併提供對此領域有興趣之讀者
            參考。相關議題或許經由集思廣益,可使減振降噪措施有更新穎、更經濟、更有效的見解與

            創新。

                              Noise and Vibration Arising From MRT Trackwork

                                                       Abstract

                 Noise has become the most serious environmental pollution for many people as a result of
            urbanization and the public has gradually come to pay great attention to vibration as well, as the
            quality of life has been continually enhanced. Actually, noise and vibration are the passive result of

            train movements. Although the MRT system possesses many positive characteristics such as high
            capacity, high speed, short headway, punctuality, less accidents, low levels of pollution, energy
            efficiency and so on, to make the MRT system close to a really and truly pollution-free public

            transportation, continuing to reduce noise and vibration is necessary and urgent.
                 This article attempts to provide readers interested in the same field with information related to
            noise and vibration forecast models as well as control measures, with a hope to create more novel,
            economical, effective opinions and innovations for their improvement by way of brainstorming.
