臺北捷運軌道工程無道碴道床鋼軌扣件組件之測試

摘要

臺北捷運初期引進彈性基鈑組件做為無道碴道床鋼軌扣件在國內係屬創舉，隨著施工環
境變遷與經驗傳承，彈性基鈑的測試亦有重大的改良。本文藉由土城線彈性基鈑供料規範結

合土城線資格測試及新蘆線生產品質控制測試為例，介紹說明基鈑的測試架構與驗證結果。

Testing of Rail Direct Fixation Fastener Assemblies for Taipei MRT Trackwork.

Abstract

The domestic debut of elastic base assemblies for direct fixation fastener (DFF) in the plinth
track was first introduced during the initial stage of Taipei MRT construction. In line with changes

of construction circumstances and the transmission of experiences, testing of the elastic base
assembly resulted in substantial improvement. This article aims to describe the base plate's testing
structure and testing results by means of elastic base plate material specification and qualification
test for Tucheng line, and the production quality control test for the Xinzhuang and Luzhou lines.
