                                                          摘要

                 捷運工程除一般的高架或地下車站及高架橋樑或平面、地下隧道外,另一項重點工作即
            是機廠,尤其機廠所需用地較大,故往往設於較偏遠之處如河川地附近,因此本類工程多數
            須進行大規模之土方挖填工程,本文章主要介紹蘆洲機廠如何利用土方挖填規劃、預壓及預
            鑄預力混凝土基樁工法克服土方挖填及建築物載重所衍生的大地沉陷問題。

                                                       Abstract

                 In addition to underground stations and tunnels, MRT depots are a critical part of Taipei MRT
            construction. The construction of MRT depots involves a more extensive scope and is always
            located in outlying areas with a river nearby, thus, large-scale excavation, backfilling and earthwork
            is a must to launch construction of a depot. This article aims to introduce the construction methods

            of earthwork planning, preconsolidation, precast prestressed concrete piles, and describe how the
            methods will be used to overcome geotechnical settlement problem at Luzhou depot
