摘要
捷運新莊線CK570A區段標 [ 忠孝新生站 (O13/BL9) ] 新建工程與營運中南港線忠孝新生
站 (BL9) 交會,在進行結構體連通施工於已營運車站既有連續壁敲除作業進行時,因連續壁
內埋有密集之巨大H型鋼,若採用傳統之機具直接敲除作業,則將造成營運車站有噪音、粉
塵及振動等環境污染,影響民眾搭乘捷運之品質,甚或可能因振動之傳遞,影響捷運系統監
測儀器之判讀,造成停駛之危機。
本文就臺北捷運工程第一次引進使用之重型切割系統『鑽石鍊鋸切割工法』施工經驗分
享,並提供未來捷運工程在已營運車站大範圍施工做為參考以確保民眾搭乘捷運之品質及安
全達成安全、快速、無污染之目的。

Abstract
The Xinzhung line's contract CK570A, which is under construction, will meet the Nangang
line where Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station is already in operation. Due to the existing diaphragm wall
having huge H-Beams distributed densely throughout, if traditional demolition methods were used
on the existing structure it may bring about non-environmentally friendly pollution, such as noise,
dust, vibration etc, which could impact on the service quality of the MRT, or even worse, it may
interfere with system monitoring instruments and lead to the system's shutdown.
This article introduces the“Diamond Chain Cutting System”initially adopted in the
construction of the Taipei MRT, and shares construction experience for future MRT construction
implementation on stations currently in operation, in anticipation that the construction method can
contribute to ensuring the general public's safety so as to reach the goal of building a safe, fast and
environmentally-friendly MRT system.
