                 本文乃就本局目前知識管理的成果下,繼續努力嘗試更深一層的論述,而提出組織知識、
            組織學習與組織整合三層次架構,並針對組織學習內涵與促進因素加以闡釋,最後並以本局
            20 年紀念冊的集體創作為例,引介該三層次架構作業之可行性。希望在理清理論與實務對照
            下,對本局發展與本局 20 年紀念冊的製作有所助益。

                                                       Abstract


                 This paper describes a sustainable discourse for DORTS knowledge development and makes a
            “Three-Tiered Framework for Organization Learning Innovation” proposal with emphasis on
            Organization Learning Innovation. In addition to the theory and procedural framework of
            Organization Learning Innovation, the paper describes trial work procedures for integrating the
            Organization Learning Innovation for the “Taipei MRT Retrospection 1986-2006” as an example. It
            is hoped that the “Taipei MRT Retrospection 1986-2006” and “DORTS development” will go from
            A to A+ through Organization Learning Innovation.
