摘要
因應近年政府大力提倡環保節能及促進國內科技與建築相關產業發展,行政院於 99 年起
積極推動智慧型產業政策,其中智慧綠建築即為其中重要政策之一,逐步將建築及資通訊跨
領域整合,以期建構出更加完善的生活環境。
桃園航空城捷運為國內近期重大交通工程建設計畫案,設計、建造及相關應用具有未來
公共建設指標性意義。本捷運設計時自當責無旁貸依此圭臬,期望成為政策表率。本文將依
智慧建築標章八大指標分項檢視,說明依以往捷運車站設計經驗可預期達成之等級,在未來
細部設計、建造時將參考辦理,期許桃園航空城捷運為智慧車站啟航,希冀對國家永續環境
暨智慧建築發展有所貢獻。

Abstract
In light of government promotion of energy conservation and environmental protection, as
well as the development of domestic technological and architecture industries, the Executive Yuan
launched smart industrial policies in 2010, of which intelligent green buildings are an important
component. It is anticipated that gradually integrating buildings with information and
communications technology (ICT) will contribute to a more wholesome living environment.
As the Aerotropolis MRT line has been a major recent transit project in Taiwan, its design,
construction, and related application will serve as significant indicators for future infrastructure
projects. In the design stage, intelligent green building concepts were incorporated, with a hope that
the MRT line will serve as a model of green policy. This paper aims to review the Taoyuan
Aerotropolis MRT project using the eight indicators of the Intelligent Building label. It predicts
