考察歐洲城市綠建築與捷運廠站節能之建置

摘要
因應地球暖化現象、重大公共工程環評需求與生態城市之綠建築政策推動,如何在捷運
路網規劃時,車站相關設施之建置,將節能減碳與綠建築思維納入規劃設計,並融合於整體
都市環境中,為目前世界各大城市重要之課題。
大眾運輸系統是綠環境建設之一環,在全國各縣市造鎮計畫、都市更新與綠色運具全面
啟動前,實有必要至歐洲考察生態城市綠色科技與綠色環境之規劃與設計案例,以利未來各
中小型都會城市,藉由捷運路網之興建完成後,進入符合國際化「生態」、「節能」、「環
保」、「健康」之永續發展城市行列。

A Study on Green Buildings and Establishment of
Energy-Saving MRT in European Cities

Abstract
To cope with global warming phenomena, environmental impact assessments have become a
common requirement for major public works, resulting in the promotion of green building policies.
This has brought energy-saving concepts, reduction of carbon emissions, and the creation of green
buildings into the planning and design stages of the development of rapid transit networks, including
associated facilities in the stations. Furthermore, integrating these concepts into the overall urban
environment has nowadays become a critical issue in most major cities around the world.
Public transportation is only a part of green construction. Prior to the launch of nationwide
town rebuilding projects, urban renewal, and green transportation, we believed there was a
practical need for us to perform case studies on the planning and design of green technology and
green environments in European eco-cities. It is hoped that upon completion of the MRT network,
small- to medium-sized metropolitan cities will become a part of neighboring internationalized
cities with sustainable development to keep up with the trends of ecology, energy-saving, eco-
conscientiousness, and health.
