                         托底工法在捷運工程之應用—以機場線CA450A標為例

                                                                摘 要


                            本工程是三環三線路網第三環之一段,『臺灣桃園國際機場聯外捷運系統建設
                       計畫CA450A標』DOT雙圓潛盾隧道依設計線形穿越三重環河快速高架道路P64橋墩

                       基礎下方,必須先進行橋墩托底工程並移除既有基樁後,潛盾機方可順利通過。本文
                       以P64橋墩托底工程經驗,重點說明觀測系統、圓鋼柱移承作業、墩柱與基礎切割分
                       離、載重自圓鋼柱轉移至暫撐鋼架、墩柱與基樁敲除、新橋墩與基礎構築、載重回轉
                       等施工過程及監測數據,以提供爾後類似工程施工之參考。

                                                               Abstract
                           The construction introduced in this paper refers to one section of the third ring of the
                       Taipei MRT “Three Rings & Three Lines”—Section Contract CA450A. As a Double-O-

                       Tube (DOT) shield tunnel passes beneath the foundation pile of bridge pier No. P64 of the
                       Huanhe Expressway in Sanchong District, the underpinning of the bridge pier and removal
                       of foundation pile had to be fi nished before the shield tunneling machine arrived. This paper

                       introduces the key points of the monitoring system, bridge loading transfer from columns
                       to temporary truss frame, knocking-out existing pier and foundation piles, construction of
                       new bridge pier and foundation, and reloading of weight-bearing, etc. that were experienced
                       during the underpinning work on bridge pier No. P64. These construction processes and data
                       will serve as a reference for future projects.
