摘要
現代先進軌道運輸系統均已搭配號誌電路控制列車行駛,臺北捷運亦跟隨世界趨勢,於
軌道系統中規劃配合設置所需號誌設施於整體軌道路線上,當社會各界搭乘大眾捷運電聯車
時,由一連串設備之精準控制,呈現平穩舒適之感受,讓每一乘客皆可快捷到達目的地,其
中關鍵角色之ㄧ環就是鋼軌絕緣接頭,當它正常運作,軌道號誌電路才能精準感應,本文將
闡述鋼軌絕緣接頭安裝作業如何確保其品質之管理方法。

Abstract
Modern trackwork technology generally includes precision signaling circuitry to control
running trains. Over the past 20 years, DORTS has implemented a number of achievements in
Taipei MRT construction and is proud to announce to the whole world that we have a world-class
MRT system. Following world trends in trackwork, Taipei MRT has installed signaling facilities
on tracks. The assembly of all facilities, among which the insulated rail joint (IRJ) plays a key
role, makes all components and systems function precisely, helping to make passengers feel safe
and comfortable as they travel to their destination punctually. In other words, the installation
of IRJ ensures that passengers enjoy a wonderful travel experience. This article explains the
implementation of insulated rail joint quality control.
