                                                        摘  要

                 本文將介紹捷運保護設備之特定需求與智慧型電子裝置。供電保護系統設計目的係為隔
            離電力故障,以防止對電力系統產生干擾,在事故發生時,使斷電範圍最小化,而不致影響
            捷運正常運作。一般不正常的事故常見有短路與過載兩種現象,當發生短路或過載現象時,
            係使用斷路器與電驛保護設備來作跳脫隔離電力作用,由電驛所組成的保護系統區分主保護
            與後衛保護,並由保護協調分析各保護設備動作時間,以達到事故時,能迅速、切實、適時
            動作,有效的達成保護系統功能為目的。
                 本局新蘆線與未來線保護系統係採用最新智慧型電子裝置,具有保護、量測、控制、記
            錄及通訊等多功能效益,其可精確量測系統狀態、詳細紀錄事故判斷、整合設備控制並能顯
            示於現場與行控中心,藉由行控中心完全掌控現況,以達到故障即時監控,即時處理,將可
            提升捷運供電營運品質。

                                                       Abstract


                 The article will introduce the requirements of the protective devices and intelligent electronic
            devices(IEDs). The power protection system should be designed to isolate faults with a minimum
            disturbance to the system. In order to maintain the service of Taipei Metro, system protection must
            be selective to minimize the extent of outages when abnormalities occur. Abnormalities are short
            circuits and overloads. The protective equipment  used in the isolation of short circuits and
            overloads are circuit breakers and protective relays. The protection zones connected by relays are
            classified as either primary or backup. A relay coordination study is the comparison and selection of
            operating times of the protective devices that achieve the objectives of system protection under
            abnormalities.
                 We adopted IEDs on the Xinzhuang line, Luzhou line, and will use the same devices on future
            lines. The functionality of the IEDs includes protection, measuring, control and communication.
            They also achieved integrated equipment control, plus provided accurate measurements and detailed
            diagnosis, indications and operation to local and central control rooms.
