摘 要
台北捷運松山線 DG167 設計標之工程內容包括 2 座地下車站、中央避車線、車站間明挖
覆蓋及潛盾隧道。為獲得符合機能需求之最低建設成本，特於設計初期成立研析小組，針對
基本設計資料，運用價值工程技術尋求經濟可行之設計替代方案。
本文說明研析小組運用我國中華價值管理學會及美國國際價值工程協會推廣之價值工程
研析技術，經由資料、機能、創意、判斷、發展、建議等六階段之研析過程及研析成果，期
供各界參考，並建議國內其他機關應用價值工程技術於其相關工程標案。

Abstract
The Design Contract DG167 of Taipei MRT Songshan Line sets up a special VE team in the
early design stage to study the most economical design to meet the functional requirements. The
team applied the value methodology to search for design alternatives that are practical and
economical based on the basic design. This paper describes the value methodology job plan
promoted by Value Management Institute of Taiwan（VMIT）and Society of American Value
Engineering（SAVE）. The six phases（information gathering, function analysis, creative solutions,
evaluation, development, presentation）processes and the study results are also introduced.
