                 臺北市都會區捷運系統新莊線 CK570B 區段標工程 CK237 子施工標潛盾隧道工程,預定
            於 94 年 7 月起穿越臺鐵和高鐵隧道結構物下方,經與相關界面單位研討綜合評估後,決定於
            臺鐵、高鐵隧道及共同管溝內裝設自動化監測儀器,期能於捷運潛盾隧道施工期間,對臺鐵
            與高鐵隧道之垂直變位及傾斜量即時覺察,進而研析與判斷,同時啟動應變事宜。
                 本文即針對穿越臺鐵與高鐵隧道之基地條件概述、穿越地下障礙物施工之基本方法、自
            動化監測系統安裝及儀器監測計畫,以及自動化監測軟體使用說明與緊急應變作業逐一介
            紹;由於本案計畫正在執行中,期望透過本文介紹能獲得更多建議與經驗分享,以共同推動
            捷運資訊化、自動化施工管理之目標。

                                                       Abstract
                 Bored tunneling of the sub-project CK237 in the Xinzhuang line CK570B project of Taipei
            MRT was challenged by the condition of driving through the structure of the Taiwan Railway (TR)
            and the Taiwan High Speed Rail  (THSR)in July 2005.
                 Responding to the requests from the relevant organizations, DORTS decided to install a series
            of auto-monitoring instruments inside the tunnel of the TR, THSR and the common tunnel to
            measure the vertical displacements and inclinations immediately, further analysis and judgment can
            promptly following and the appropriate actions also can be taken simultaneously during the
            tunneling period.
                 This article aims at the outline of the TR and THSR base condition, the essential construction
            method of passing through the underground obstacle, the plan of the installment of the
            auto-monitoring instruments, the method of the monitor instruments, as well as the instruction of
            the auto-monitoring software potage and the emergency procedure. Due to this case is carrying out,
            we expect the introduction of this article can obtain more suggestions and experience shares to
            impel the goal of the E-service of Taipei Metro system and the automation of project management.
