                               捷運隧道主體地下結構3D資料庫建置

                                                          摘要

                 捷運隧道主體地下結構3D資料建置作業內容不屬於公共設施管線資料,因此在建置是
            項資料時,臺北市政府捷運工程局(本局)既有「地下管線資料建置規定」及內政部「公共
            設施管線資料庫標準」無法完全參用,只能取用符合本局資料特性之相關內容制定本作業建
            置規定。是以本作業先以清查本局竣工圖圖資為主,冀望以最小成本與最短時程完成此一任
            務,從圖面資訊取得軌道N座標、軌道E座標、軌道高程、車站主體結構輪廓及車站主體結
            構高程等資訊以建置3D資料。
                 本文就本局大臺北都會區捷運路網隧道主體3D數值資料建置,從相關作業探討、建置
            方法說明、資料檢核與驗證,所遭遇問題的解決及後續建議等作業逐一介紹,最後並提出一

            些未來資料整合上可採用的建議以供參考。

                                                       Abstract
                 The 3D data content of the MRT tunnel main structure is not a part of the public facilities
            pipeline information, so when creating the above-mentioned data, DORTS cannot follow the rules
            of DORTS’ "Underground Pipeline Information Establishment Regulations" and the Ministry of the
            Interior’s "Public Facilities Pipeline Database Standards;" however, the regulations stipulated by

            DORTS are in compliance with the characteristics of the MRT system. In the beginning, the data
            establishment focused on checking the completed maps, hoping to minimize the cost to complete
            this task within the shortest amount of time. Data is obtained from the map information, the track
            N Coordinates, track E coordinates, orbital elevation, the main structure of the station outline and
            elevation, and other information in order to create 3D data.
                 This paper aims to introduce the 3D database establishment of the main structure of MRT
            tunnels in the Greater Taipei metropolitan area, including the study of relevant operations,
            description of the methods, data checking and verification, the solution of the problems encountered,
            and the follow-up suggestions. At the end, relevant suggestions for future information integration
            are provided for reference.
