3D模擬技術於環狀線電聯車外觀內裝設計之應用

摘要
安薩爾多百瑞達與業主合作,共同界定一種電聯車設計管理方法,涵蓋從特別技術規範
(PTS)定義的需求管理、概念設計再至產品設計完成之範疇。
本文旨在探討3D模擬技術於臺北捷運環狀線電聯車外觀內裝設計之應用,特別是應用
數位3D模擬技術的電聯車外觀造型、內裝顏色與配置、轉向架設計、分包商設備(如車門、
車間走道、聯結器及空調機組等)、推進系統、電力設備與內裝設計,這是安薩爾多百瑞達
利用CATIA V5軟體執行的獨家技術。

Abstract
When cooperating with DORTS, AnsaldoBreda defined a way to manage the design of an
EMU vehicle, starting from the management requirements specified in the particular technical
specification (PTS) through concept design to product design.
This paper explores the application of digital 3D simulation technology to the exterior and
interior design of the Taipei MRT Circular line EMU vehicles. In particular, the EMU appearance
style, interior colors and layout, bogie design, and the upstream supplier equipment covering train
doors, gangways, couplers, and VAC units, as well as propulsion, electrical equipment, and interior
fittings design were the result of the application of digital 3D simulation technology that is the
unique technology and property of AnsaldoBreda based on CATIA V5 Software.
