臺北市政府捷運工程局自行開發的整體資訊檢索平台，利用搜尋引擎的文字探勘技術透
通異質資料庫與非結構資料，提供同仁將散佈在各應用系統、網路磁碟機、企業網站上各種
類型資料，在整合性檢索單一介面（Single Lister）下，完成資訊搜尋一站到位的服務（one

stop service）

Abstract

Recently Taipei City Department of Rapid Transit Systems has developed an Integrated
Information Search Platform where text mining techniques are applied to the bottom layer of
heterogeneous databases and non-structural data. Through the platform, all DORTS employees can
access this integrated “Single Lister” for “one stop service” in their information search activities.
