花博圓山公園展區景觀與換展設計

摘 要

花博圓山公園展區位於圓山捷運站東側，是2010台北國際花卉博覽會展場的主要
入口區，也是花博內最大規模的戶外園藝花卉展示區。
基地依需求及條件配置入口廣場、造型花牆、地景花海、精緻花卉、七道彩虹、

特展區、及果樹區等，花海四周並設有休憩區、多功能木平台，除須滿足博覽會期間
的營運需求外，還需預先規劃好未來永久性公園的使用要求。
本工程在許多方面都是台灣的第一次嘗試，尤其是植栽換展設計的經驗值
得參考。

本文從基地限制、設計理念、設計挑戰等方面分別加以敘述說明，文後並檢討了
執行成果。

Abstract

The Yuanshan Park Area, located to the east of Yuanshan MRT Station, was not only
the main entrance, it was also the biggest outdoor flora exhibition area of the 2010 Taipei

International Flora Exposition. In line with the overall plan and design of the major event
venue, the park area was planned to cover Entry Plaza, Flower Wall, Flower Landscape,
Delicate Flowers Bed, Flora Rainbows, EXPO Dome, EXPO Orchard, etc. In addition,
sitting areas and multi-purpose decks were established around the Flower Landscape to

satisfy tourist demands during the expo and meet the requirements for long-term use of the
park. The Yuanshan Park Area project was a whole new experience in many aspects for
Taiwan, especially the design for periodic change of vegetation is a valuable experience for
future reference.

This paper presents site restrictions, design concepts, project challenges, plus a review of
the overall design and construction process.
